Aloo Gobhi

Aloo Gobi (Potato and Cauliflower Curry

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 2 potatoes, cubed
  •  1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  •  1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  •  2 green chilies
  •  Salt to taste
  •  Oil for cooking
  •  Fresh coriander for garnish

Instructions:

1. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and let them splutter. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden.
2. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies; cook for 2 minutes.
3. Stir in potatoes, cauliflower, turmeric, garam masala, and salt. Add a little water, cover, and cook until vegetables are tender (about 15 minutes).
4. Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
